What it shows
Every answer, with the name of the pupil who sent it and when. This is the only place names appear — the cloud and the word list never show who wrote what.
Removing one answer
Remove takes that answer out of the cloud immediately — within a second on the default update speed. The pupil is not told. They can send another word if you have allowed replacements.
Removing everything
Delete all answers empties the activity. It cannot be undone. If you want a record of what was there, save the activity first — the saved file contains every answer, not just the picture.
Tips
It is worth glancing at this tool once before you put the cloud on the board, particularly with a class that is new to it.
Important
Deleting all answers is permanent and immediate. There is no undo, and version history will not bring them back unless you had already saved a version.
